ABOUT CARL DUKES

Carl Dukes is one of the most exciting sports talk show personalities in the country, with over 20 years of radio and TV broadcasting experience. He started at WOAI radio in San Antonio, Texas before moving to KTRH in Houston in 1998. Besides hosting and serving as sports anchor for various morning and afternoon radio shows, Carl was the play-by-play or color analyst for the University of Houston Cougar basketball program, including national games on CSTV, from 2000-2008. He also provided coverage for regional college basketball and football games in the Southland, Big 12, Conference USA and SEC conferences, and hosted pre and post-game shows for the Houston Astros and Houston Rockets. 
 
In 2012, he moved to Atlanta to launch The Game on CBS Radio, 92.9. It has since become the #1 sports show in the market. These days, Carl calls G-League games on NBA TV for the Atlanta Hawks, while making guest appearances on WXIA-TV’s Sports Extra show. He is also involved in many charitable organizations in his community. In his spare time, Dukes enjoys movies, music, golf, travel and spending time with his wife and daughter.
